# Terms & Conditions

#### 1. Introduction and Acceptance
By accessing or using the 1PERP platform (“1PERP”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, do not access or use 1PERP.
#### 2. Eligibility and Wallet Access
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. 1PERP may restrict or deny access based on jurisdiction, regulatory requirements, or internal policies.
1PERP is a non-custodial aggregator and does not hold or manage user assets. You are solely responsible for connecting your compatible digital wallet and maintaining control over its private keys and credentials. 1PERP cannot recover lost or compromised wallets.
Certain features may require additional verification or eligibility checks.
#### 3. Services and Trading Rules
1PERP provides aggregated access to decentralized perpetual trading venues and related financial protocols. You understand and acknowledge that:
* Trading activities may involve fees, slippage, delays, or partial order fills.
* Execution depends on liquidity and conditions of integrated DEXs.
* You must not engage in abusive trading practices, including but not limited to wash trading, market manipulation, or front-running.
* 1PERP reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to services at its sole discretion.
#### 4. Fees and Payments
1PERP may apply transaction or protocol-level fees, disclosed at execution time. You are responsible for all blockchain network fees (gas fees) and any tax obligations arising from your activity.
1PERP may modify its fee model or introduce new fees at any time, with or without prior notice.
#### 5. Swaps and Transactions
Once a transaction is submitted and confirmed on-chain, it cannot be reversed. You are solely responsible for verifying all transaction details — including destination addresses, asset types, and amounts — before confirming.
Transfers through smart contracts connected to 1PERP may be subject to limits, network delays, or third-party protocol conditions.
#### 6. Intellectual Property and Prohibited Uses
All intellectual property, trademarks, and software code related to 1PERP are owned by the project or its licensors.
You may not:
* Copy, reproduce, or modify any part of 1PERP.
* Use 1PERP for unlawful activities or unauthorized access to other systems.
* Interfere with or disrupt 1PERP operations or networks.
#### 7. Risk Disclosure
By using 1PERP, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of digital asset trading and decentralized finance, including but not limited to:
* High market volatility and loss of principal
* Smart contract vulnerabilities or exploits
* Network congestion or oracle failure
* Regulatory uncertainty or jurisdictional restrictions
* Permanent loss of access due to user error
1PERP does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Use the platform at your own risk.
#### 8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1PERP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including loss of assets, profits, or data.
#### 9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1PERP, its contributors, partners, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from:
* Your use or misuse of 1PERP
* Your violation of these Terms
* Your breach of any applicable law or third-party rights
#### 10. Modifications
1PERP may update or modify these Terms or the platform at any time. Updates may be communicated through official channels. Continued use of 1PERP after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
#### 11. Termination and Suspension
1PERP reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its platform at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using 1PERP at any time.
Sections related to disclaimers, indemnities, and limitations of liability will survive termination.
#### 12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles.
All disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in class actions or jury trials.
#### 13. Force Majeure
1PERP shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, third-party service failures, or regulatory actions.
#### 14. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from 1PERP. 1PERP may assign these Terms at its discretion.
#### 15. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 1PERP regarding the use of the platform and supersede all prior communications or understandings.
